    If you missed the application deadline, you are welcome to join our waitlist by submitting a Waitlist Application.

    Waitlisted applicants will only be contacted if a suitable stall category is required and a site becomes available.

Hear Ye! A Call for Good Folk

Hear ye, hear ye!

The Kingdom of Balingup calls upon kind-hearted villagers, loyal squires, noble ladies, gallant knights and merry folk to lend a hand at the Balingup Medieval Carnivale.

Whether you can spare a few hours or many, your service helps bring our medieval village to life. Welcome travellers, assist performers, guide wandering guests, and become part of the fellowship that makes this magical weekend possible.

Pledge 2 hours or more of your time, and you shall be rewarded with free entry to the Carnivale, allowing you to enjoy the festivities before or after your watch.

Step beyond the gates—not merely as a visitor, but as a valued member of our medieval realm.
