After another year of dreams, creativity and preparation, the Balingup Medieval Carnivale returns in the 4th week of August 2027 for another unforgettable celebration of imagination, community and medieval magic.

This is your chance to step beyond the everyday and become part of the medieval magic. Whether you dream of being a noble knight, wandering minstrel, mysterious sorcerer, village baker, forest fairy or a curious character from a forgotten kingdom — the Carnivale welcomes your imagination.

We invite food vendors, artisan producers, bakers, brewers and mobile food vans to join the medieval marketplace at the Balingup Medieval Carnivale 2027.
Expressions of Interest open in the second week of February.
Bring your flavours to life in a magical village setting filled with knights, music, performers and celebration.
Food vendors are encouraged to embrace the medieval spirit with rustic displays, natural materials, handmade touches and creative presentation.
